Trip is for qualified affiliate and a designated guest of choice of affiliate. Trip is non-transferable.
Affiliate is responsible for booking and paying for flights to and from Maui for both themself and guest and also responsible for transportation to and from airport to hotel.
JIFU will reimburse up to $1,000 USD for airfare upon Affiliate providing proof of booked and paid for airfare ticket.
